Infant/Toddler Yoga

Infant/Toddler yoga is a programme inspired to introduce young children to stretches, movements, songs and relaxation. Practising yoga regularly with children has many benefits-
 
Yoga stretches promote strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
 
Yoga encourages body awareness and increases self esteem.
 
Encourages language and listening skills.
 
Can boost immune system, improve quality of sleep and help regulate a child's digestive system.
 
Improves emotional regulation by learning a child to be in the present moment while relaxing and gaining a peaceful state of mind.
 
When a parent or carer engages in yoga practice  with their child it creates an opportunity for bonding, to have fun and enjoy the experience of mutual relaxation.
May Message of the Month: I'm a Happy Baby when you....Show me and tell me you love me....Respond when I need you.------------We are still working with government rules to get back to some normality. We are hoping that there will be more face to face contact very soon.
