This programme runs alongside Bump to Baby Café and the Breastfeeding Support Group twice yearly.

Workshops are facilitated by appropriate trained personnel e.g. Belfast City Council delivers Home Safety Sessions, Belfast Health & Social Trust dietician delivers workshops on weaning and healthy eating.
