Family Support Workers provide a home visiting service with the aim of offering support and assistance to families. This involves a partnership with parents/carers where the Family Support Workers provide; a listening ear, information on health, social care and child development. They also provide creative play and learning experiences for children at home in preparation for the important step to playgroup, nursery and school.
